Refunds

Plans change. Here is exactly what happens when they do.

Cancelled events

Full refund of ticket price and service fees, back to the original payment method within 14 days. You do not need to ask.

Your pass moves automatically to the new date. If the new date does not work, request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.

Drop members get one free swap per drop. Outside that, tickets are non-refundable but always transferable.
